All UK orders are sent 1st Class (orders under £30) and Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (orders over £30).

Please note that if your country is not on this list, we unfortunately can't except the order.
The shipping cost for international orders is calculated based on the value of the order during checkout.
We understand that sometimes you change your mind, we offer a 14 day returns policy on all items that are unused and in new condition. Item has to have the tags attached and be in it’s original packaging. Please include a note in your parcel with your NAME, ADDRESS and ORDER NUMBER. Any returns without these details may not be able to be processed.
The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend that you send the item back using a trackable service as we cannot refund items that get lost in the post. Original and return postage is non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.
If the item arrived faulty please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide full details and photo of the fault.
Due to the nature of these items we can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalised orders
• Digital downloads
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refund will be processed within 48h and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you the prepaid postage label.
